She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Law from California State University, Northridge while working part-time for a private mortgage company, giving her an early foundation in the real estate and lending industries. She has also proudly served as a California Notary Public since 2014.Having developed a passion for escrow at just 18 years old, Shushan is committed to making every transaction as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible. She enjoys working closely with buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, lenders, and all parties involved, providing responsive communication and exceptional support from the opening of escrow through closing.As an Escrow Officer Assistant at Wood Ranch Escrow, Shushan takes pride in being part of a team known for professionalism, accuracy, and personalized service.
