She oversees a wide range of residential, commercial, refinance, and new development escrow transactions, ensuring every file is handled accurately and efficiently from opening through closing.

Caroline's expertise spans simple residential escrows to highly complex, multi-layered transactions, including refinances, residential resale, VA and FHA loans, affordable housing, commercial escrows, probate sales, short sales, REO properties, 1031 exchanges, and new development projects.
